However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions set out below.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Photos of the packaging, if the parcel arrived damaged

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery. We may be unable to assist if the issue is reported too late or if the product has already been used, altered, or disposed of.
